We're thrilled to offer Australia-wide shipping for all our customers. Please see below for more information on shipping timeframes and costs.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Australia Express Shipping

$10 standard shipping Australia-wide. For express shipping, we offer a flat rate of $15, applicable for both domestic and international orders.

Returns

We want you to love your Mocean activewear, but we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. Here's our policy on returns:

Faulty Items:

All items go through a thorough examination before being sent out to be tested for any faults so an item would never be sent faulty 

  • If the item is deemed unwearable due to a fault, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.
  • If the item is faulty but still wearable, we'll issue a store credit for you to repurchase another item.

Change of Mind:

  • At this stage we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

How to Return

Simply email moceanactive@gmail.com to check if you're eligible for a return. If approved, you'll receive an email with the returns address.

Full Priced Items:

  • Returns within 14 days in original condition are eligible for a store credit or refund.

Final Sale Items and Discounted Items:

  • Sale items, including those purchased during promotional sales, are not eligible for return or exchange in line with the ACCC standards.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please request an exchange by emailing moceanactive@gmail.com, then return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is at the customer's expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mocean will not be responsible for tracking your return or lost items.

Refund Policy

Each piece of our activewear undergoes strict quality control checks before being shipped out. In the unlikely event that an item is deemed defective, we'll refund you using your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account once processed. You'll receive a confirmation email from us once the refund is processed.
