Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

We're thrilled that you're excited to receive our products! Here are some important details to keep in mind when placing any pre-orders:

1. Shipping Information:

• All pre-orders for the Staple Collection have been shipped.
• If you purchase additional items with your pre-order, they will ship together once your pre-order is produced. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint by limiting shipping emissions.

2. Pre-Order Definition:

• Pre-order items are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. Payment is taken in advance, and orders will be processed and shipped once production is completed.

3. Product Availability:

• Product availability is not guaranteed as production can be subject to external factors beyond our control. In the unlikely event of unavailability, you will be refunded.

4. Payment and Processing:

• Payment is taken upon placing the order. Items will be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product arrives at our warehouse facilities.

5. Returns Policy:

• You are eligible to return pre-order items according to our return/refund policy.
• Returns must be made via our designated returns policy. Customers are responsible for the cost and delivery of return parcels.

6. Waitlist Information:

• We do not operate a waitlist. Pre-order items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot hold or reserve items.

7. Agreement to Terms:

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
